Nationwide Breakdown/Recovery Scheme –
prompting a call to AVRO members
NCCA will be announcing the introduction of the Nationwide Breakdown/ recovery scheme in the United Kingdom and Ireland, going live at the beginning of April. AVRO have issued a call to members to attend a meeting on the 12th March in Royal Leamington Spa.
AVRO will be announcing the introduction of the NCCA Nationwide Breakdown Scheme in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Association of Vehicle Recovery Operators has issued a call to all members to attend a general meeting which will take place on Wednesday 12th March 2008 at the Royal Spa Centre, Newbold Terrace, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 4HN from 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
All members are strongly urged to attend as the questions and answers will help with the smooth introduction of this radical new initiative.
Over the years AVRO has constantly strived to improve the lot of the independent recovery operator. The scheme which will be provided by NCCA (Nationwide Car and Commercial Assistance Ltd) under the banner of nationwidebreakdown.com, is being viewed as vital in protecting the interests of AVRO members in light of the recent activity by some of the major motoring organisations.
Vehicle breakdown/recovery services will now be delivered direct and on demand! The independent VRO's who have for many years provided their expert services through the many well known motoring organisations, will now be delivering their services direct to the road user.
Nationwide Breakdown will be 24/7 with no reliance on a third party, meaning a cost effective, no nonsense scheme with no long waiting times to receive attention.
Customers of the scheme will have the comfort of knowing that Nationwide Breakdown will be provided by the professionals of the industry, meeting the high standards of AVRO and the PAS 43 Specification (Publicly Available Specification)
