Deployment Controllers/ Customer Service Advisors
FOR OUR HEAD OFFICE OPERATIONS CENTRE IN STOKE - Previous experience preferred
In this role, you will be tasked with taking inbound & making outbound calls to customers and business partners to ensure they receive a high standard of customer service, ensuring the correct resources are deployed to meet the customers requirements and ensuring all business objectives are achieved
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to work under your own initiative or as part of a team, with good computer skills and a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
The role includes shift work and salary/pay is negotiable dependant on experience, ongoing training will be provided to the right applicant.

Control Centre Operations Manager (Stoke on Trent)
The Role: This is a newly created role within The Mansfield Group.
Based at our head office site in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, your responsibilities will include the effective, efficient and professional operation of our control centre team and facilities. Best use of resources whilst maintaining strict compliance with all working time / driver’s hour’s regulations. Further developing client income stream. Invoicing and credit control. However achieving our top priority – complete client satisfaction will be your number one goal. This is NOT a 9 - 5 job!
The Candidate: A very energetic, self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, team management and client focus. Excellent I.T skills. Possibly degree educated with a number of years experience in a transport / logistics environment. Consideration will be given to a newly qualified graduate with a transport / logistic based degree.
The Package: Starting salary of up to £30,000, with opportunity to take part in Bonus / Profit share scheme after a qualifying period. Private medical cover.
