Deployment Controllers/ Customer Service Advisors
FOR OUR HEAD OFFICE OPERATIONS CENTRE IN STOKE - Previous experience preferred
In this role, you will be tasked with taking inbound & making outbound calls to customers and business partners to ensure they receive a high standard of customer service, ensuring the correct resources are deployed to meet the customers requirements and ensuring all business objectives are achieved
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to work under your own initiative or as part of a team, with good computer skills and a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
The role includes shift work and salary/pay is negotiable dependant on experience, ongoing training will be provided to the right applicant.

Control Room Staff (Stoke on Trent)
Control room staff are required for our busy central control located at our head office. Experience is preferred, but full training will be given. You must be well presented, professional, efficient and be able to work within a large team, but also use you own initiative when the need arises.

Recovery Technicians (Stoke on Trent)
